DEFINE
Get Acquainted
To begin the design process, we will meet with you to understand your goals, share ideas, needs and wants for your space. We will discuss the project scope, and decide how to move forward together. The timeline, project scope, and budget are discussed.

DESIGN
Conceptualize & Present
This is where the fun begins - taking your vision from ideas to design. Space planning, elevations, floor plans, millwork, tiles, slabs, furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and artwork will all be part of the process. We will present the finalized design concepts along with color palettes, materials for your input and approval during this phase. Because we are one entity with the construction team, we are also able to present an overall budget right away.

THAT IS A WRAP
Install & Finalize
Now that construction is complete, it’s time to install all of the finishing touches including the furnishings and the accessories that really bring a space to life. Welcome home!

DELIVER
Procure & Renovate
It’s time to bring the renovation vision to life. Our team works closely with you from the first product order to the last touch up paint. You will have a dedicated project manager so you know who to call when you have a question. You will also be provided with a clear schedule so that you always know what is happening at your house and when. I'm sure you've heard the rumors about how stressful renovations can be. We aren't going to lie - having your house be a construction zone for a few months can be taxing, but with clear communication and quality work we endeavor to make this phase as smooth as possible for you.
